There is a good chance you have heard about “overnight oats” as there are countless recipes all over the internet.
Well, you just found another 😉
except this one is VEGAN Overnight Oats! (if the site name didn’t give that away already)
The beauty of this “overnight oats” concept is that it is so incredibly versatile, you can basically add in any ingredients that your heart desires….
AND THERE IS NO COOKING REQUIRED! (well, that’s what got me the most excited)
Here is the process in a nutshell….
…Get a jar or bowl (easy enough, right?)
…Throw in some oats…
…Throw in a bunch of other things….
…Add milk (plant based milk!)
Mix it up, shake it up, whatever….
….then let it sit in the refrigerator overnight!
…but the annoying part is the whole “overnight” thing….what if I want it NOW!
Well, that’s what I’ve been doing with my over the past few years….I just mix it all up, let it sit in the fridge for about 30 minutes, then enjoy!
and you can’t find this recipe out ANYWHERE ELSE!
….just kidding, you probably can….
…these just won’t be as “overnight” as your basic “overnight oats”
I am just taking the “overnight” out of “overnight oats”

The beauty of this is that you can customize it any way you want.
If you want a high-calorie meal that will fill you up for hours, add in higher quantities and vice versa….
…and you can also make it as HEALTHY as you want, as you will see by the ingredients I personally add in

3 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp chia
2 tbsp flax powder
1 tbsp coconut flakes
1-2 cups plant based milk
1 cup blueberries
However much cinnamon you want on top!
